You are purchasing the right to
modify and resell products offered from within Automatic Niche Profits
Membership Site to the general public.

You may use and modify these
products and create your own content websites which are not created
for resale.

You DO NOT have rights to
sell the Private Label Rights to anyone.

You DO NOT have Master
Resell Rights to any of these products, this means you cannot sell
the resell rights to anyone else.

All products except when expressly
mentioned CAN NOT be given away, and
can never be sold for less than $10 for the complete non-
editable e-book, you can repackage certain chapters to create
your own viral e-books (PDF or EXE) especially to bring sales
for the complete non-editable e-book.
Audio from these books cannot be given away for free,
and can never be sold for less than $10 individually from the
package.
Media can be given away for free, and can be used
to to point traffic to your site and used as a gift on an
optin page. These videos are created to give you a viral
source to create traffic and interest as a compliment to the
ebooks.

A maximum of 5 products may be
added as a bonus to packages that sells for over $47 or to a membership
site(non-editable PDF's only) that charges over $20/month.

All License sales are FINAL and
CANNOT be transferred to a third party.

If you decide to cancel your
membership you retain the rights to continue to use and resell the
purchased packages according to the above terms.

You may NOT use your own
affiliate link to purchase this membership.
Audio Rights
Audio from these books CAN NOT be
given away for free, and can never be sold for less than $7
individually from the package.
Media Rights
Media (e.g. Videos, flash videos,
presentations)can be given away for free, and can be used to
point traffic to your site and used as a gift on an opt-in page. These
videos are created to give you a viral source to create traffic and
interest as a compliment to the eBooks. You CAN NOT have master
resale rights to the media products.
Graphics Rights
Graphics (e.g. banner ads, eBook
graphics & covers, etc.) from these products can not be given
away for free or resold, individually or in a bundle. These
graphics are for your use only and rights can not be
transferred to another party or used outside of the context of the
package you received them in. These graphics are created to give you
appropriate images for your advertising, websites, and books, and any
use not expressly granted in this agreement is forbidden.
Article Rights

These articles can be used as
content on your websites; but these articles cannot be used to package
a new content website for resale

You are purchasing the right to
modify, and use all these articles within this package.

You may create a non-editable
e-book from these articles. Any distribution of said articles as a
package with a subscription site or as separate item will be a breach
of the non-compete clause.

You CAN NOT submit these articles
unchanged to article directories. Each article must be significantly
edited.( The article directories will thank you)

You DO NOT have rights to sell the
articles to anyone or re-package these articles in a membership site or
as individual packages.
