Dear Fellow Marketer,
 
The following License Term are designed to clarify the rights and responsibility's  of  members of Automatic Niche Profits 3.0.
 
Please don't consider these terms a limit to your imagination or skills as a marketer, but a  base framework set in place to protect the value of your investment, and the investment of your fellow members.
 
Only, through mutual respect and consideration to all members can we make possible incredible products at such low costs.
 
Therefore it is important  for all of us to honor the "spirit" of these terms and conditions.

Note: Some products sold through Automatic Niche Profits Membership may have additional rights for you, those rights will be included in writing along with sales materials attached to those specific products and in such cases those right will supersede "General License Terms". If you have questions about your rights for a certain product please read all of the documentations here and any specific rights attached to a specific product you are interested in. Your General Private Label Rights Terms for Ebooks:

You are purchasing the right to modify and resell products offered from within Automatic Niche Profits Membership website to sell to the general public, to read and enjoy, for their personal use only.

Ebook Rights

  1. Only you as a member have the rights to resell these Ebooks to the general public.
  2.  You DO NOT have rights to sell your Private Label Rights to anyone.
  3. You DO NOT have Master Resell Rights to any of these products, this means you cannot sell your rights to anyone else.
  4. All Ebooks except when expressly mentioned CAN Never be given away, and can never be sold for less than $9.97 to the general public.
  5. You may take up to 20% of an e-books content to use as a "free teaser" to be offered to the general public only if,it is offered in an non-editable from. the intent of this provision is to help you promote your e-book.
  6. Audio from these e-books can be bundled with the Ebook and given away to your customer only with the purchase of the original Ebook and if the price for the e-book is more than $9.97.
  7. You may not sell this product through an auction site were the minimum bid could be less than $9.97.
  8. You may bundle your ebook to offer to the general public with other products for their personal use if, the following terms are met: Only a maximum of 5 Automatic Niche Products can be added to a bundle and that bundle must carry a price of no less then $47.
  9. If you have a membership site you may offer to your members for their personal use(non-editable PDF's of the e-books and the ability to listen to the audio for their personal use) as long as you  charges over $20/month for a membership.
  10. All License sales are FINAL and CANNOT be transferred to a third party.
  11. If you decide to cancel your membership you retain the rights to continue to keep and sell the purchased packages according to the above terms.
  12. You may NOT use your own affiliate link to purchase this membership.

Audio Rights

Audio from these books CAN never be given away for free unless bundled with an ebook that meets the above criteria, and also the audio can never be sold for less than $7 as a stand alone product if truncated from the original e-book package.

Video Rights

Video (e.g. Videos, flash videos, presentations) can be shown to the general public for free, can be changed by you to be personalized. The Video's are intended  to be used to point traffic to your site and used on opt-in pages or elsewhere on your website. These videos are created to give you a viral source of traffic and help you boost interest in your e-book products and to help drive web traffic to you in your niche.

You Do NOT have master resale rights to any of the video products under the general license agreement.

Graphics Rights

Graphics (e.g. banner ads, eBook graphics & covers, etc.) from these products can not be given away for free or resold, individually or in a bundle. These graphics are for your use only and rights can not be transferred to another party or used outside of the context of the package you received them in. These graphics are created for you, to give you, appropriate images for aid in your advertising campaigns for your websites, and your e-books, and any use not expressly granted in this agreement is forbidden.

Article Rights

  1. These articles can be used as content on your websites.
  2. You are purchasing the right to modify, and use all these articles within this package.
  3. You may create a non-editable e-book from these articles to be sold to the general public for their personal use.
  4. Any re-distribution of articles bought through Automatic Niche profits in a package or through a subscription site for resale will be a breach of the non-compete clause.Full non-compete clause can be found in full terms of service.
  5. You CAN NOT submit these articles unchanged to article directory websites. Each article should  be significantly edited before being submitted to an article directory site.
  6. You DO NOT have rights to sell these articles to anyone or re-package these articles to be sold in a membership site or repackaged to create individual packages for sale.
 
Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Espired Marketing LLC reserves the right to change the disclaimers, privacy policy and warranties at any time. Please inform yourself of disclaimers, privacy policy and warranties before using any of our sites since they may have changed from time your last visit.

Also, continued use by you of our websites following an update to our terms of service will signify your acceptance of the changes and your willingness to comply with the new terms of service as written.

If you decide to cancel your membership you will retain the rights to continue use  of he purchased products you purchases or were given as part of a free membership promotional campain of Automatic Niche Profits; according to the above terms.

Eg. Your points will remain in your account until you spend them, you will also continue to get product assistance through our ticket system. Although certain training tools, bonuses and new features will only be available to you if you retain your current "paying" member status.

If you ask to be refunded or charge back on a membership your right to use Automatic Niche Profits and the products and services it provides will end.

You shall no longer have the rights to profit from resources you have been refunded for. You will loose any points accumulated in your membership and any access to other membership benefits, bonus training tools, affiliate conditions, etc. will end at the point of your refund.

If you have been refunded for a product and still continue to use the product you were refunded for we and our affiliates reserve the right to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law. Full terms, conditions and non-compete clause can be found at the "Full Terms" link below.
